Bishop consecrates male church members by lying flat on them (Watch the video)

Hmmm 'Men of God' are devising their own different individual ways of serving God and interpreting the Bible. I stumbled on the video below of a Bishop by name Wayne T. Jackson of Greater Faith International Ministries performing what seems like a death ritual on two grown men and I'm not quite sure what to make of it. Maybe it's the Bishop's own way of interpreting the verse in the Bible which talks about 'being dead to sin'. 

The video shows Bishop Wayne T. Jackson saying  "you got to be buried, you got to die" to two men standing in front of him before asking both men to knee down. He then asks them to lie on the floor face down, covers them with white and red cloths as though they were dead. The Bishop then lies on them one at a time for a while, stands up, walks around them several times before asking his men to help them back up on their feet.
