Kangkang from China was born with a condition that makes him look like he is wearing a mask over his face. The condition can be caused by infection or frequent use of drug by the mother while she was pregnant with him. The treatment is said to be expensive but his family have been able to gather enough money to correct the defect. More photos and video below
