Father chains, padlocks & left son to die in the bush

                  

The little boy was found crying in a bush near a river by the community security service during sanitation. His legs were chained and locked with padlocks. His father, an okada rider from Igala, Kogi state had chained him and left him there without food or water for three days. His father had told the neighbours that his son was missing and the neighbours have been helping in the search for him. It is still unclear why the father decided to be so mean to the little boy who is the only child from his ex wife.
