The 58years old former wrestler and Reality TV star is filing a lawsuit for the invasion of his privacy against Heather whom he had sex with for filming the sex action without his consent.He is also suing Heather's ex husband DJ Bubba and Gawker. Hulk Hogan wants $100million for damages to be paid by Gawker.com for posting the sex video on their website. The sex happened about 6years ago.
