Okadaman forced to s**k passenger's breast for indecent dressing?

Ok here's another story I just saw and I just couldn't help sharing my thoughts. According to the story, it happened in Osun state. An okadaman was stopped by the Swift Action Squad (SAS) for carrying a lady who was supposedly dressed indecently. The SAS then ordered the lady to bring out her breasts for the okadaman to s**k. The okadaman pleaded with the SAS but all his pleas fell on deaf ears. He was then whipped and forced to s**k his passenger's breast. SAS 'is a military task force constituted by the Osun state government to curtail crime and indecency in the State and enforce the ‘omoluabi’ principles in the state'.

Although I don’t support indecency, however I do not understand why these kinds of things still happen in a country like Nigeria. If I understand very well, SAS is supposed to enforce the law of the land but they’ve actually just violated it. If this is their own way of implementing their so-called principles then I’m sorry to say it is absolutely outrageous. Not only will it encourage sexual harassment of the females, it will also increase the number of rape cases in that state. From my own personal judgement, the SAS are the ones guilty here definitely not the innocent okadaman who’s hustling to make ends meet and definitely not the ‘indecently dressed’ lady. And for those who think the SAS act on this two would curtail indecent dressing, I say think again! The world has moved on, don’t remain where you are. There are lot more severe crimes/issues that needs serious attention in that country. Focus on those.
