Delta state commissioner for Higher Education, Dr Hope Eghagha was been kidnapped by unknown gunmen along Abraka/Agbor Road, Delta state. Dr Hope Eghagha's police orderly was shot dead by his abductors. His driver was injured and his car abandoned. He was then taken away by the gunmen who are yet to make any contacts.
