The respectable man of God had cautioned his church members from embarking on any elaborate activities for his birthday and instead wished for them to pray for him with 7, 14, 21, 28, 38 days of fasting.
Few years ago, he was voted in the Times Magazine as one of the 50 most influential personalities worldwide.
