Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) will be spending about N1.86billion on Bola Ahmed Tinubu's 60th birthday in the form of carnival which will last a whole week.
According to reports, The money was put together by state and local government areas in ACN control states apart from Oyo states which has refused to send their part of the money.
