There's always light at the end of the tunnel

This song ministered to me this morning and I thought about things generally and just ended up thanking God for who He is and smiling through it all. I have decided to share it with you too because I am hoping it ministers to you too just like it did to me. The world is becoming like a lion's den where the vulnerable ones are falling prey and things just seem to be getting tougher.

As an individual, you might be going through the toughest of times in your life. Maybe things aren't just going as you have planned. Maybe the only person you trust has betrayed you or let you down in one way or the other. It could be that you are yet to get a job after years of graduating from the university. You may be waiting on the Lord for a good home or for the blessing of the womb. It could be financial, spiritual, material, social or economic need. You might have prayed time and time again and yet nothing has changed. Please don't give up. Keep trusting God and keep praying and praising. For in this lies your victory. If you find it hard to pray, sing songs of praises. God is waiting for the right time to come into that situation of yours. His timings are different from yours but trust me, His timings are the best. Just hang in there. God is on your case. He's not done with you yet.  Don't ever lose your faith in Him. There's always light at the end of the tunnel. That situation will change for the better at God's own right time. For you, the sun will shine again. Watch the video above. Pay attention to every word.  The song is titled 'I will sing'. It is by one of my all time favourite gospel artist, Don Moen. It is a faith song and I pray it speaks to you.

You are blessed beyond measures this Easter. God loves you and so do I.

Video: Woman harassed in Abuja for wearing short dress

Things that happened in Naija these days ehn... The lady in the video below was almost stripped naked for wearing a short dress. Now in as much as I don't support indecent dressing, I don't think she deserve the treatment she got from those illiterate area boys who were just trying to feed their eyes. At least the lady wore a tight with the dress so it wasn't that bad and it should be nobody's business how other people choose to dress. People need to learn to mind their business and face their problems rather than vent their anger and frustration on other people. Poor woman, I feel for her and thank God someone was able to come to her aid just when it was going to get worse.

Video: Civil Defence Commandant struggles to answer a simple question about his organisation's website

Imagine the Lagos State Commandant of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corp (NSCDC) Obafaiye Shem struggling to answer a simple questions such as telling his organisation's website? In an interview on Channels TV breakfast programme, Sunrise Daily,  Mr Obafaiye Shem was asked to mention the NSCDC's web address but he struggled with it. He even said that he has never visited the website before. An organisation he works for. What a shame! This is what happens when people who are still supposed to be training and learning are placed in top positions above those who deserves to be there. watch and see for yourself.

To that woman... Happy mother's day!

Random Google image
To that woman who strive to provide for her child
To that woman who stay awake to watch her child fall asleep
To that woman who would rather not eat than see her child hungry
To that woman who would run helter-skelter when her child falls ill
to see the child get well again
To that woman who is truthful to her child
To that woman who raised up her child in the right way
To that woman who would put her child first
To that woman who will never give up on her child
To that woman who would give up everything for her child
To that woman who will never be mean to the other child from the other woman
To that woman who truly deserve to be called a mother
Happy mother's day!
